LeNaye Willis-Lloyd

Senior VP, Contracts QinetiQ Inc

LeNaye Willis-Lloyd is currently Vice President, Contracts for the US Sector of QinetiQ, a multinational defense technology company that operates in the defense, security, and critical national infrastructure markets. With 25 years of experience in the government services sector, LeNaye shapes and executes QinetiQ’s business strategy to drive enterprise value by providing executive leadership in contracts and subcontracts.

Joining QinetiQ through its acquisition of Avantus Federal where LeNaye served as Senior Vice President of Contract and Security Operations. LeNaye played key roles in a wide range of complex strategic solutions, corporate initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions as well as provided expert advice and counsel in contracts and security related areas. In addition, LeNaye proudly served in a newly created executive role to create, lead, and implement strategic long-term and short-term DEI initiatives that centered on supporting employees in their talent journey.

Prior to joining Avantus, LeNaye was Vice President, Contracts, at C2 Technologies. She served as the senior executive responsible for company related issues related to contracts, subcontracts, and procurement. LeNaye was formerly a director at LMI where she worked on projects with high-strategic corporate impact, including mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, and international and commercial contracting.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master in Arts in history from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. LeNaye has received several awards in her career, including being named a Top 10 Contracting Executive to Watch by WashingtonExec and a Diversity in Business Leader by the Washington Business Journal.
